Products

We make every effort to ensure colours, specification and features of the products on our site are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee the colours specification and features of the product will be accurate, current and free of errors. Due to discrepancies between electric colour displays we cannot guarantee the product or design colours will accurately reflect the actual colours you will receive. All products are subject to availability, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. We cannot guarantee products will be in stock. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Replacements

At Uniforms 4 School we strive to make our customers happy. We carefully source our products and describe them in as much detail as possible so that when you receive them, they meet your expectations. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product/s not meeting the quality stated, please notify us within 7 days and if we agree to a fault, we will happily arrange a refund or exchange

In the unusual event that your product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, you must inform us by email at shop@revclothing.co.uk, you will then be advised where to return the product. Once we have received the faulty/damaged product, we will provide you with a refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements will be processed within 7 days. We will also reimburse you on your return postage cost. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To return a product, please email us at shop@revclothing.co.uk with your order number, name and address, and the reason for your return and we will advise you how to proceed further. We advise that when you return the product/s you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’ or send via Royal Mail recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that have been lost or damaged in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our return address.

Please note

• All goods that are returned must be in their original unused condition, however unwanted goods that are not resalable cannot be refunded.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the product/s.
• Delivery charges and return postage charges are non-refundable unless the product/s are faulty.

Personalised Products

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot return or exchange any custom or personalised items, unless they have arrived damaged or defective, as they are not resalable.

Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, occasionally items may go missing when not in our care i.e. with the delivery company. If this is the case, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement out.

Production and delivery times are not guaranteed, we accept no liability for delivery delays.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
